Among the activities conducted by FEI Chinese Taiwan:

• Election of the "Remarkable Financial Executive";

• Financial Engineering seminars;

• Financial Executive Training Programs, with a great response;

• Monthly symposiums conducted by outstanding speakers in financial affairs.

Activities & Events in 2003:

• January: Annual Plan approved by Board
• February: Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations
• April: Seminar "Preferential Financial Policies and Incentives for Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs)". VIP: Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs
• May: Attended the XXXIV IAFEI World Congress in Orlando, Florida, USA
• June: Host guests of Accountant Association from China. The event is postponed to 2004 because of SARS during that period of time.
• August: Cooperation with content providers and enablers to provide e-Learning Programs and Courses for Financial Executives
• September: Speech "Legal perspectives and issues of Merger and Acquisition (M&A)"
• October: Attended IAFEI Board Meeting in Zurich, Switzerland
• November: Speech & Course "Personal Knowledge Management for Financial Executives"
• December: Speech "Financial & Tax Planning for Direct Investments in Mainland China"
