ACTIVITIES
FINEX 2010 THEME: “MOVING FORWARD: Doing the Right Things Right!”
- Memberships drive to target 1,000 regular members by 2012.
- Enhance professional development of members through seminars, updates, forums and workshops on current developments and topics of general and specific interest to membership.
- Assist in the country’s capital markets development through cooperation, coordination and active participation in various government and non-government institutions concerned with capital markets, banking, insurance, financial regulations etc.
- Active participation in national affairs considering that 2010 is an election year and the publication of a Budget Review Handbook.
- Promotion of youth development via JUNIOR FINEX and Inter-Collegiate Finance Competition (ICFC).
- Support good governance best practices and conduct workshops and forums.
- Continue the annual Search for the CFO of the Year which is now on its fourth (4th) year.
